Leadership is the first of Alpha Phi Omega's three cardinal principles. Brothers embody leadership by being a leader in our community, having brothers take on leadership opportunities, and offering professional development opportunities in the fraternity. Each semester, Gamma Lambda elects brothers that we feel will best represent the fraternity and plan for its future.
